Classic London Dry Gin Martini
Recipe:
- 60ml McHenry London Dry Gin
- 10ml Dry Vermouth
- Ice
- Lemon twist or olive for garnish
Instructions:
- Fill a mixing glass with ice and pour in the gin and vermouth.
- Stir gently for about 30 seconds, until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist or olive.
YOU’RE MY JAM - BLUEBERRY JAM SOUR!
- 60ml McHenry Classic Dry Gin
- 30ml Blueberry liqueur
- 1 Tea Spoon Blueberry jam
- 30ml Lemon
- 1 Egg white
- Ice
Instructions:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with a all ingredients.
- Dry shake
- Add ice and shake again
- Double strain into a glass of your choice
- Garnish with a few blueberries
Plum Sour

- 60ml McHenry Tasmanian Damson Plum Gin
- 30ml Lemon
- 30ml Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- Basil
Instructions:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with a all ingredients.
- Dry shake
- Add ice and shake again
- Double strain into a glass of your choice
- Garnish with a Basil leaf
McHenry Christmas Cocktail
- 20ml McHenry Sloe Gin
- 30ml Christmas Gin
- 20ml Campari
- 45ml Cranberry Juice
- Optional 15ml Simple Syrup
Instructions:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with all ingredients.
- Shake well with ice
- Double strain into cocktail glass
- Garnish
Barrel Aged Gin Espresso Martini
- 60ml McHenry Stargazer Barrel Aged Gin
- 30ml Vanilla infused simple syrup
- 60ml Espresso
Instructions:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with all ingredients.
- Shake well with ice
- Double strain into cocktail glass
- Garnish with 3 coffee beans
Butterfly Gin Sour
Ingredients:
- 30ml McHenry Butterfly Gin
- 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 30ml Simple Syrup
- 1 egg white
- Maraschino cherry
Instructions:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with all ingredients.
- Dry shake
- Add ice and shake again
- Double strain into a glass of your choice
- Garnish with a Maraschino cherry
Bees Knees Cocktail
- 50ml McHenry Dry Gin
- 2 tsp honey
- 25ml lemon juice
- Lemon Twist
Instructions:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with all ingredients.
- Shake well with ice
- Strain into cocktail glass
- Garnish with Lemon twist
Sloe Royale a spin on a Kir Royale
- 30ml McHenry Sloe Gin
- 150ml Sparkling wine of your choice
- Slice of orange (Garnish)
Instructions:
- Add your McHenry Old English Sloe Gin to a chilled glass
- Top it off with a sparkling wine of your choice (Champagne, Prosecco and sparkling Rosé all work perfectly)
- Garnish with a slice of orange and you’re all set!
Federation Gin and Mandarin Tonic.
- 30ml McHenry Federation Gin
- Ice
- 1 can of McHenry Mandarin Tonic Water
- Mint (Garnish)
Instructions:
- Add your McHenry Federation Gin to a chilled glass with ice
- Top it off with McHenry Mandarin Tonic Water
- Garnish with a spring of mint
Summer Gin Mojito
- 30ml McHenry Summer Gin
- 30ml Simple syrup
- 2 Lime wedges
- A few slices of cucumber
- Mint
Instructions
- Muddle cucumber, lime, mint and simple syrup in a shaker.
- 30ml McHenry Summer Gin and shake with ice.
- Double strain into a tall glass with ice and top with soda water.
- Use mint and cucumber to garnish
Chai Whisky Cream
- 50ml McHenry Whisky Cream Liqueur
- Chai Powder
- 100ml full cream milk
- Whipped cream
Instructions:
- Brew Chai with milk and allow it to cool a bit
- Add McHenry Whisky Cream Liqueur
- Stir well
- Top with whipped cream and cinnamon
Christmas Gin and Tonic
- 30ml McHenry Christmas Gin
- 1 can of McHenry Mandarin Tonic Water
- Strawberries (Garnish)
Instructions:
- Add your Christmas Gin to a chilled glass
- Top it off with McHenry Mandarin Tonic Water
- Garnish with a few strawberries
(serves 6)
Limoncello Gin Jug
- 360ml any McHenry Gin
- 90ml fresh lemon juice
- 30ml powdered sugar or simple syrup
- 540ml chilled McHenry Soda Water
- Lemon slices & ice, to serve
Instructions:
- Shake gin, lemon juice, and powdered sugar in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Strain into a jug filled with ice.
- Add club soda and garnish with a lemon slice.
- Share with friends.
Ramos Gin Fizz
- 60mL McHenry London Dry Gin
- 15ml lemon juice
- 15ml lime juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 3 drops orange blossom water
- 1 egg white
- 30mL cream
- Soda, to top
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Dry shake well (without ice) to emulsify the egg white (1 minute)
- Add ice and shake until the outside of the tin is frosty
- Carefully strain into a chilled glass
- Slowly pour dashes of soda down the inside of the glass to raise carefully raise the frothy head without destroying it
Serves 2
Partridge In A Pear Tree
- 60ml honey syrup (see below)
- 120ml of your choice of McHenry Whisky
- 60ml pear brandy or spiced pear liqueur
- 45ml fresh lemon juice (or more to taste)
- Ice
- Sparkling pear cider, to top
- Thin pear slices & candied ginger, to garnish
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, bring honey, water, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg to a boil. Remove from heat. Let steep 15 minutes, then strain through a fine-mesh strainer into a small measuring cup or bowl.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine whisky, brandy, lemon juice and honey syrup. Cover and vigorously shake until outside of shaker is very frosty, about 20 seconds. Taste and add more syrup or lemon juice, if needed.
- Divide bourbon mixture between 2 glasses. Fill glasses with ice, then top off with pear cider. Garnish with pear slices and candied ginger (if using).
Golden Cherry Fizz
- 15ml Simple Syrup
- A handful of fresh cherries, pitted
- 50ml McHenry Damson Gin
- 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- 2–4 dashes orange bitters
- Ice
- 1 egg white
- Garnish: maraschino cherry on a pick
Instructions:
- In a cocktail shaker, lightly muddle the fresh cherries.
- Add Damson Gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, orange bitters, and egg white
- Dry shake ingredients well. before adding ice into the shaker and shake again.
- Double strain into glasses. Garnish each with a maraschino cherry.
