Shipping
We ship all orders with Australia Post to ensure your parcel arrives as safely as possible.
Being based in a remote part of Tasmania, our shipping schedule works a little differently. Our nearest Australia Post Business Centre is a 200km round trip, so we dispatch orders once per week, typically on a Thursday or Friday.
For interstate orders, parcels are sent via air freight due to alcohol shipping regulations, which means express shipping is not available.
While we take great care in packing your order, on rare occasions items can be damaged in transit. If this happens, please get in touch with us at contact@mchenrydistillery.com and we’ll sort it out promptly.
Returns Policy
We take great care in producing and packing every order that leaves the distillery.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully when placing your order.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@mchenrydistillery.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can assess it quickly.
Once approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Please note:
- Items must not be consumed (beyond what is necessary to identify a fault)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect
