  • Friends of Tasman Island, Preserving a Piece of Tasmania’s History

    Tasman Island is one of Tasmania’s most iconic and remote landmarks. Through our collaboration with Friends of Tasman Island, a dedicated group of volunteers working to preserve this incredible place, we’ve created a gin that directly supports their restoration efforts.

    Funds from each bottle go toward maintaining the island’s structures, protecting wildlife, and ensuring this piece of Tasmanian history remains for future generations to enjoy.

  • 65 Roses Gin – Supporting Cystic Fibrosis Tasmania

    We support Cystic Fibrosis Tasmania (CFT) with the 65 Roses Gin, a special release dedicated to the Cystic Fibrosis CF community. This gin is a tribute to those who have fought and continue to fight this condition.

    Inspired by the "65 Roses" story, a phrase coined by a young CF patient learning to pronounce the name of their disease, this gin represents hope, resilience, and a commitment to embracing tomorrow.

    We give back $30 from each bottle directly to Cystic Fibrosis Tasmania (CFT) to help provide the critical support services to individuals and families affected by Cystic Fibrosis.

  • One Family at a Time – Helping Cambodian Families

    Through our partnership with One Family at a Time, a registered Australian charity working in Cambodia, McHenry Distillery has produced a limited-edition gin to support some of Cambodia’s most disadvantaged families.

    Every bottle sold helps provide essential food supplies, including rice for struggling families, ensuring they have the necessities to survive. This initiative is a small but meaningful way to bring support and hope to communities in need.
