Distillery and brewery tour cancellation policy

As our tours operate during regular working hours, cancellations do not incur additional costs for us.

All bookings are fully refundable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us via phone or email prior to your tour time.

We kindly ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer your place to other guests.

Stargazing cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to be fair.

If you need to cancel:

  • 5+ days before your booking — full refund
  • 2–4 days before — 50% refund
  • Within 48 hours — no refund

If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to request a change of date. Where possible, we’re happy to move your booking to another available session with notice.

All changes are subject to availability and must be requested prior to your booking time.

What if the weather doesn’t cooperate? 

If the sky isn’t clear on the night, we’ll run an indoor session with high-quality projections of the night sky, led by our knowledgeable guides. You’ll still get a fully immersive experience, complete with insights into stars, planets, and deep-space wonders—all in the warmth of our pavillion.
