    Our collaboration with the renowned Pigeon Whole Bakers in Hobart brings together the best of Tasmanian craftsmanship.

    Society Salamanca, Hobart’s original cocktail bar, sought to create its very own signature gin, and turned to McHenry Distillery. Together, we developed a bespoke, Society-branded gin, distilled exclusively for their cocktail menu and retail offering.

    This gin was crafted by using locally sourced unique botanicals, mixed with McHenry’s pristine spring water created a delightful blend celebrating Tasmania.

    When MACq 01 Hotel, one of Tasmania’s most celebrated destinations, envisioned a gin collection that told a story, McHenry was the clear choice. We created five bespoke gins, each designed to reflect a unique character and narrative, bringing history to life through flavour.
