
The Distillers Note
This one started as a good idea, and turned into something even better. First, we aged our stout in a whisky barrel. Then, once the beer was out, we put the whisky back in. What happened next was pure flavour alchemy.
Our single malt soaked up every bit of that stout-soaked oak, drawing out notes of dark chocolate, roasted malt, subtle coffee, and a hint of toasted caramel. Its smooth, layered, and unlike anything we have released before.
This is a whisky for those who love a bit of depth, a bit of mischief, and a good origin story. And here is the twist, the barrel's gone back to the brewery, ready to age another stout. The cycle continues, but this release is a one-off.
Once its gone, its gone so get in line.
