Introducing the first release of McHenry Lightly Peated French Oak Whisky.
While our standard peated whisky begins at around 50 ppm phenols, this expression starts at a gentler 20 ppm phenol, bringing enough smoke to make itself known without overpowering the whisky beneath it.
Matured in rich French oak, it delivers layers of sweet fruit, warming spice and depth, with a softer thread of peat woven throughout. The result is a beautifully balanced dram: approachable for those beginning to explore peated whisky, yet smoky and complex enough for seasoned peat lovers.
A limited Whisky Week 2026 release, created by simply turning down the smoke and discovering something entirely new.
