At McHenry Distillery, Tasmania’s southernmost distillery, family means more than just those who craft the spirits. It also includes two of our most loyal team members — Daisy and Sammy. These beloved distillery dogs have been part of our story from the very beginning, greeting guests, joining family tastings, and keeping watch over the stills on our windswept Port Arthur property.
