Puer Vodka, is a quiet expression of craft and clarity. It begins with the one thing that sets every McHenry spirit apart, natural spring water, filtered through ancient rock and drawn directly from our Tasman Peninsula property. This water brings softness and structure to a spirit known for neutrality, and helps create a vodka that is clean, balanced, and beautifully composed.
On the nose, it's almost elusive, light, with the faintest whisper of vanilla. On the palate, that character gently reveals itself, unfolding into a smooth mouthfeel with a subtle nutty warmth through the sides and back of the mouth. The finish? Crisp, with just enough heat to remind you it's vodka, but refined enough to welcome another sip.
